Role Overview:
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our operations, from strategic planning to day-to-day management, ensuring we meet our goals for growth, profitability, and customer service. You'll lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team across various departments.
Oversee financial management, planning, systems, and controls.
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Ensure operational excellence and compliance across the company.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the HVAC, electrical, or plumbing industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of motivating teams to exceed expectations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of business finance and performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $(phone number removed) per year
Requirements
Experience Level: 1 year
Shift: 10 hour shift, 8 hour shift, day shift
Weekly Day Range: Monday-Friday
Ability to Relocate: Bloomington, MN-Relocate before starting work (required)
